How we hire
Deliberately, and in small numbers.
We do not run a recruiting calendar and we rarely publish postings. We meet people before we need them, and we hire when the person is right rather than when a seat is open. If the way we work reads like the way you want to work, write to us.
What we look for
Judgment over polish.
Ownership
You treat the work as yours: the analysis, the error, the client call at the hard moment. Titles here describe accountability, not distance from it.
Velocity
We move quickly because our clients' windows close quickly. You will be expected to produce work that is right and fast, and to know which of the two a given moment demands.
Range
Investing and advisory sit in one firm on purpose. The people who thrive here are curious across both: they can read a credit agreement in the morning and sit with a founder in the afternoon.
Discretion
Our counterparties trust us with situations they have told almost no one about. That trust is the firm's core asset, and everyone here carries it.
